A revolution in MilSim.

Branding, Website, Ecommerce
American Milsim was founded by devoted players of the sport creating a fast-paced, competitive and intense military experience. American Milsim events are attended by hundreds of players every year. What makes American Milsim unique, these events provide a dynamic storyline that engages the player to write the event itself. The winners of every event impact the open-ended storyline with each and every victory. Unfortunately, their previous brand and marketing didn’t reflect the brands offering.
Help American Milsim become the top event organizer in the MilSim event space, increase ticket sales, brand recognition, and create an online touch point for for players to become immersed in the world of MilSim games.
I helped American Milsim focus their brand and marketing strategy. This led to growth in event ticket and merchandise sales, and brought in a new market of new players, sponsors and venues.
The rebrand. Although American Milsim had an existing brand, I felt it was my duty to bring it to the next level. I took the previous logo and refined its form to work on a broader scale of applications and sizes. The result was a more uniform logo that is more representative of the of what American Milsim stands for…Badass and leading the way.
Colors and typography. The rebrand included introducing a new color palette, typefaces, photography, and militaristic design elements. This created a more modern cohesive brand for both the physical events and its digital presence.
A more engaging and branded experience. I redesigned the American Milsim website, the hub for all things AM related. The goal was to make it easy for players to discover upcoming events and get immersed into the fast paced American Milsim experience, while cultivating ticket and merchandise sales.
The visual design. Working closely with American Milsim I designed exclusive marketing materials and merchandise for upcoming events, including posters, apparel and other printed assets.
